Sous vide fried chicken leg, tomato salsa, cheddar savoury waffle, maple chilli peanut butter sauce. That maple chilli peanut butter sauce was rather interesting. Like spicy peanut butter that's savoury and sweet at the same time. I liked the taste of the cheddar waffle, but did wish it was crisp on the outside.
