When you can't decide what rice bowl you want, go for a chirashi. This one had sake, maguro, kampachi, tako, ikura, tobiko, tamago... Topped up with the one lonely ebi. Fresh as always.
You can’t really tell because of the way they stacked the sashimi but there’s quite a fair bit of seafood under that pile of tobiko and ikura. Very fresh!
Assorted sashimi on seasoned rice. Not exactly the best premium cuts, but still very fresh seafood. This was such a healthy portion of seafood I had to dig deep to get to the rice. Good value for money.
