The best salted egg yolk cupcake I’ve had. They are not stingy with the salted egg yolk curd. The core of the cupcake is filled with it! What? Did you think I was done with all the salted egg yolk posts? Think again. 😉

Even if they had tasted terrible I would have given these gorgeous little things a high rating. I mean, just look at them! You can’t tell from the picture but they were covered in sparkling edible glitter. Fairy dust!!! Fortunately these chocolate cupcakes were light and fluffy and just gosh darn yummy. There’s a little too much icing, but eh... who cares!
