Ah, Rotiboy… Malaysia’s most famous Mexican bun brand. Just the smell of those buns would lure you into getting one. And here we have their latest offering - a warm, freshly baked bun… crispy-crunchy coffee coating on the outside covering a soft, fluffy bun with a salty, buttery centre… split that in half and fill it with cold soft serve… mai gawd…

Not the most creative thing here but warm brioche with the vanilla ice cream (I’m guessing it’s made inhouse) did hit the spot.
