That shrimp tempura was so well fried with the lightest of batter. Not at all oily! Even the heads and tails were good. Need more next time.

Unagi, tamago, cucumber and cream cheese.

Avocado and omelette roll topped with roasted eel. Eel. Can't go wrong with that.

If you love natto, get this. If you don’t, best stay away. Or give your share to me.

My request for natto maki got vetoed so I settled for this. No one else (except me, yay it’s all mine) liked this either but at least they didn’t have to put up with the funk of natto.

Grilled salmon, oshinko and cucumber. Don’t you just love it when your food arrives and it’s so much more than what the menu describes? Ichiro never disappoints!

Tasty! Just wish the unagi was thicker and there was less of those crispy bits. But it’s only RM10.50 so that’s more than fine with me.

While I appreciate the fact that this roll was jam packed with ingredients, it’s a little too big for me 😅. It’s good, but just really difficult to eat.

It’s not bad, but I think the best items to order from this restaurant are the set menus. I was too full for that during this visit but will return for a proper meal next time.

Decent enough for what we paid. This place was full by the time we were done with our dinner and a queue was starting to form. Most likely for the wallet-friendly prices than anything else.

A bit skimpy with the natto. I needed more funk. I did not eat the tamago maki so no comments on that. I don’t think anyone could mess that up anyway 😂.

King prawn sushi roll topped with roasted cod roe and mayonnaise. Not too bad tasting but there was too much rice. Also, the rice was bordering on overcooked and mushy. And it was more mayonnaise than cod roe.

Seasoned octopus, Japanese cucumber, shrimp roe. It's ok. Don’t expect too much from this place.
