There’s nothing fancy or complicated about this burger. No pretentious sauces, not even ketchup. Instead, what you get is real bacon and a premium pork patty made from pigs reared in their own farm. The inch-thick patty is certainly juicy enough to make this burger enjoyable without the need of any condiments. Do take note that this place does sell fresh meat in the same premises, so if you’re not comfortable with that then it’s best you order this to go. Seating is also limited with just a long table against the wall with a few chairs.

“Ideal combination of perfectly grilled homemade pork patty, teriyaki-style sautéed mushrooms, in-house wasabi mayonnaise sauce and fresh vegetables in homemade sourdough burger bun. Served with crispy tortilla chips.” Was it really perfectly grilled? Yeah pretty much came close to it. That pork patty was definitely juicy and flavourful enough to carry the whole burger. The sauce was kept to a bare minimum, just enough to enhance the hambaga, as was the mushrooms. Very satisfying. Didn’t fancy the tortilla chips much but that was fine as the hambaga itself had already filled me up.

“Pork patty, sautéed pork belly, teriyaki mayo” Darn tasty East meets West pork burger with none of that green stuff (😁). It’s a bit on the saucy side so be prepared to get messy. The fries on the side were really good too and came with 2 different dipping sauces.

Patty, sharp cheddar, bacon, parmesan brittle, bacon onion jam, bacon mayo. Tip - opt for the pork patty instead of the beef.

(From YiJia Burger Station via GrabFood) Wow. Seriously not bad at all coming from a slightly run-down food court. And the way it was packed was impressive as well. Nothing spilled out of the wrapper and the burger was still stacked neatly. The generic bun was a bit of a letdown but will still reorder in future.
