More commonly known as rou jia mo. This is a pocket sandwich filled with simmered pork. We read some reviews online saying that the rou jia mo here is dry and tasteless. No such thing during our visit. This one was juicy and fragrant and utterly delicious! They also offer the option of having either lean, normal or fatty meat for the filling. We picked normal and it was perfect.

Pork belly, scrambled eggs, cheese and cabbage sandwiched between two slices of super soft brioche. That slightly sweet pork belly went so well with the savoury egg. So perfect. Gah.
