1st RETRO SCOTCH EGG
Thirdwave Cafe, Kuala LumpurWrapped in juicy chicken mince with shredded beet and carrot shells, creamy cauliflower bed and alfalfa sprouts. We nibbled on the beet and carrot shell first and loved it immediately. And then we moved on to the cauliflower bed and loved that even more. Cauliflower never tasted so good! These two items on the plate almost stole the show from the egg. Almost. But the egg itself was delicious too. Sharing this was hard.
