Thai green mango salad. So, so spicy and so, so good. Ear-tingling and scalp-prickling!

Green papaya salad with salted egg. Great balance of sour, salty, sweet and spicy. The heat does build up gradually but hey... pain is pleasure 😁.

Fried version of som tam. It’s interesting and worth trying out, but we prefer the regular fresh version of som tam. The dressing was killer though. Scalp pricklingly spicy!
