This one came in a sweet-savoury dark sauce that went really well with the noodles. Add some chilli flakes if you like some heat. Do note that all noodles here come in tiny portions, possibly 2 spoonfuls, 3 if you’re a polite eater.

This may be small, but it sure packed some heat! Rather tasty too, I must say. The fried wanton skins added a nice crunch to the dish.
