One of the things I missed most about Hanoi is the egg coffee. A rich, strong, sweet, smooth concoction made with egg, condensed milk and Vietnamese coffee. It is like drinking a dessert in liquid form. Like a liquid tiramisu, almost. An Viet’s version is close enough that I’d happily return for more of this amazing cup of happiness. Again and again and again.
