1st TONKOTSU ORIGINAL "SHIRO" RAMEN

Really good, the broth had good depth. The pork shoulder was really meaty & tasty

2nd TONKOTSU SPICY "AKA" RAMEN

Spicy, definitely wouldn't want to have a bowl of this because I don't enjoy spicy BUT good flavors. The pork belly was good but the pork shoulder was way better
