Pecan wood smoked brisket, sauteed onions & peppers, topped with homemade bbq sauce, aged provolone served on a rustic hoagie roll with waffle fries.

Smoked beef brisket slathered with Baby Burn BBQ sauce, cole slaw and pickle chips. Served on a grilled Tribeca ciabatta hero roll. My wife ordered this and enjoyed it.
