Marinated thin sliced rib-eye beef with pear, brown sugar and a blend of soy sauce, stir fried with garlic, ginger, pepper and sesame oil. Served over rice and a side of kimchi.
This was a decent combo. The beef bulgogi was so tasty. It came to the table sizzling. The tofu soup was bubbling... it was in a VERY HOT stone pot. It was spicy to boot. And it was served with plenty of interesting sides.
Oishi's take on this is pretty good. The beef was excellent. The serving is good for lunch. This place has since changed ownership and is now named Amai Teriyaki.
