Great chicken wings. These are coated in caramelized fish sauce, cilantro & mint.

It's been a while since we've stopped in at Departure. These wings are as good as we remembered. They are covered in a sweet chili glaze. The chicken was crispy outside and tender/juicy inside.

The menu showed 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ next to this item... And they were true to their word. The ma-la had our mouths on fire 🔥! There were 12 wings in the "pot"... With some sterno gel below the pot keeping thing hot.

Crispy breading. The fish sauce flavor was well balanced, you will notice it, but it doesn't overwhelm. The pandan corn bread was very good as well as the collard greens and yellow curry potato salad
