This is becoming one of my favorites here at Din Tai Fung. The Shanghai cake is thin sliced and then fried. So good!

Chewy rice cakes, sauteed with crunchy cabbage, fresh spinach, and a blend of soy sauce & house seasonings. Finished with a drizzle of sesame oil.
