Sweet miso marinated Oregon coast cod with ginger and seasonal citrus. The cod was cooked to perfection, flaky and not too gingery.

This came out pretty hot, so I was pretty hopeful. BUT, the 1st piece of fish had a slight ammonia after-taste... the fish should be fresher since this is a seafood restaurant
