This is my 2nd must order menu item at Tapalaya. Fried perfectly... crispy, golden breading and flaky, white catfish.

Batterfish didn't try anything fancy with this. It is classic fish & chips plain & simple. The cod was excellent.

The batter tasted of curry, but it was not spicy. 😐 Still, the catfish was flaky and fried to perfection.

This was a decent lunch portion of a favorite. It's not "Wow!", but pretty good. The 3 pieces of breaded Alaskan Cod were flaky inside, crispy outside. The breading was evenly applied.
