Wild Alaskan Black Cod marinated in miso.

Afuri really did a nice job with this. The marinated saiyko miso black cod is served over braised bok choy. The cod was light and flaky. We were told this is one of their most popular dishes.

Wood-fired trout, black gold fingerlings, capers & herbs. The trout was well prepared and had a great flavor from the wood oven.
