Tenderized octopus, olive oil, Japanese spices.

This was a first for me... octopus, grilled. I am loving it! It was not chewy and fishy. I will order this again.

Served with green romesco, confit potato and espelette. The octopus was perfect, not chewy or fishy, and perfectly seasoned. Unfortunately I was so excited and ate a piece before I snapped this photo.
