Served over heirloom tomato risotto, basil & pecorino romano. This was my main entreé for dinner this evening. The scallops were grilled to perfection. The risotto was so creamy. I haven't had scallops in so long... This dish reminded me of how good they can be.

Hokkaido scallops and grilled asparagus wrapped in bacon. This was yumski!

Roasted celeriac, Brussels sprouts, snap peas, treviso, sesame, black garlic vinaigrette.

Wild mushrooms, pacific bay scallops, baby spinach wrapped in puff pastry, deep fried, served with avocado jalapeno dipping sauce.
