Simply called "chocolate cookies," they are, in fact, the most insane sablés au chocolat — rich, buttery, intense, and rolled in dark chocolate micro-chips. They're incredible. When I have them I can't stop — I can eat a kilo of them in a couple of days flat 🙈 Hell YEAH I would get on a plane for them — I'd fly to Antarctica if I had to!

Crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle, exactly the right amount of sweet, with giant milk chocolate chips and tart dried raspberry chunks. Blissful. And huge — about twice the size of a normal coffee shop cookie. €1.50
