They've been serving this forever and it's never let me down. It's essentially chunky briám (Greek ratatouille, which also includes potatoes) with halloumi cheese and pesto, sandwiched between two Greek pita breads. Definitely not a millefeuille, but delicious anyway.

They were out of amaranth greens so today it was *chard* saganaki. As scrumptious as always.
