Brussels Waffle with Yogurt Cream, Fresh Fruit and Maple Syrup. It was delicious. I think I wanted it a bit tangier still, so next time get the lime zest or maybe ask them to hold the banana. €6 or so.

Interesting plating... I've never been served my waffle chopped up into little squares in a mini bucket before 🤔 That said, I think I enjoyed not having to bother with a knife, and not having to chase my melting ice cream around the plate, either. Toppings: • Oreo & Madagascar Vanilla ice cream • Dark Chocolate ice cream With Brownie Chunks + M&Ms • Nutella The waffle was excellent and both ice cream flavours very good. I wasn't sure about the Nutella not being overkill but I loved it. There is no way in hell one person can eat the whole portion unless they call it dinner 😳 (we split it and it was still very filling)!

Toppings: Belgian Choco Gelato Di Bufala & Salted Caramel And Walnuts regular Gelato. We only asked for chocolate shell topping, but it came with the melty chocolate sauce at the bottom as well, which we didn't like — waaay too sweet 🥵 Both gelato flavours were really good. The waffle was a little airier than we like it. I might rate higher when I try it without the sugar 💣 sauce.

This would have been better if the waffle was warm, rather than room temperature, and great if the arugula had been dressed. As is, lovely but not memorable. Note, this is the Brussels waffle — under no circumstances should you get the Liège waffle with a savoury topping; waaay too sweet.
