The ubiquitous meal to have in Germany. And in Berlin when not eating currywurst, you must have this. I loved this and it is stuffed full of deliciousness and spicy sauce. This was the local shop near our hotel.

This is my favorite lunch at work. Combo platter with falafel, garlic mayo sauce and a couple stripes of super hot sauce.
