It's terribly expensive to buy white asparagus in the UK, but it is the season and I'm damn well not going to let it pass me by! Venison, white asparagus, new potatoes, hollandaise and parsley oil. I enjoyed that!

It's still asparagus season in Germany, so I'm making the most of it.
