Omg this was the most delicious braised beef dish we’ve all had in a long time. The meat just pulled apart and the fresh coriander/cilantro sauce was to die for! I would definitely come back here and try everything on the menu. (Apart from the Italians style tripe)

Wagyu short rib - 50 hours cooked, egg yolk, cecina fried rice wrapped in dumpling pastry, Amazonic chilli. The waiter recommended the break the yolk and mix it all up. Good call.
