Spicy glass noodle salad with mixed seafood. A nicely balanced flavour and not skimping on the chillies either. With a good amount of seafood, including fresh crab, squid, prawns and mussels. Also minced chicken and as a nice surprise I think that was a betel leaf on the side there. Impressed.
