Absolutely SMASHING. I can’t imagine an alternate universe where beetroots can be turned into something more delicious than this!!

For me, this is still the best borani in the world - think of it as a yoghurty dip, blended with garlic, beautiful sweet and tangy beetroot, and topped with nigella seeds, walnuts and feta cheese. INCREDIBLE. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
