1st CROISSANT
The Habit at the South London Gallery, LondonThis was a bit of a weird one. It wasn't that rich, wasn't that buttery, wasn't that flaky, wasn't that crispy... Which made it kind of a poor croissant on its own. However, if sliced in half and filled with sandwichy stuff, this would have been awesome for the very fact that it wasn't that flaky or buttery. Would have been overkill.
