Unexpectedly one of the best eggs benedicts I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! Wow. Stellar! Excellent hollandaise, great ham, perfect muffins. Were perfect with a dash of cholula hot sauce on top. 👌🏼

Really quite poor eggs benedict. The poached eggs were rubbery, and way over cooked... almost hardboiked. The ham was cold, looked like they had never been heated by any method before serving. The pieces were all small scraps of ham that were stacked on the bread, which was actually kind of OK. The hollandaise - I’m not really sure what it was, but it wasn’t hollandaise. Tasted extremely artificial. 😥
