Anyone who knows me fairly well knows I’m not a big fish fan; however, I was recently introduced to smoked salmon and I enjoy it very much. Funny how I actually first tried smoked salmon on a lox bagel... so here’s that but with a twist 😊

I didn’t know what to expect ordering Eggs Benedict on top of a quinoa faro cake but wow I was blown away! Their housemade tomato ragout was AMAZING with the poached egg and the hollandaise + their hashbrown patty = 😍😋 I’ve been meaning to try Snooze for quite some time and I can’t wait to go back!
