Warm puff of bread for dipping.

I thought this was a Rose Parade float. Brown butter bread & vanilla bean ice cream, but the bread was dry, the ice cream was decent, but the whole experience was not good. Orchids & a heavy dusting of powdered sugar did not improve the dish.
