Loved the deep garlic & tomato action!

Tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, shaved Parmigiana & basil on crostini.

Well balanced mix of tomatoes, garlic & cheese.

Roasted eggplant with Persian cucumber & roasted garlic with basil walnut pesto.

I’m a huge fan of bruschetta. My only complaint was the teeny size of the crostini.

Bread was cut too thick & tomatoes were chopped too chunky.
