The food here is absolutely delicious!

I would order this again & again.

The grilled flour tortillas are topped with crispy cheese & seasoned beans. Served with guacamole & shredded lettuce. It is my current favorite.

Sitting outside on a pleasant summer evening eating my carne asada quesadilla and thinking about what I’ll try next time.

Birria is back at El Pollo Loco. Unusual quesadilla folding makes for ease in eating. There is plenty of beef birria & guacamole in this flour tortilla pouch. The consommé is for dipping & was actually quite tasty.

One of my favorite versions of this standard dish.

I really enjoyed the quesadilla, but I found the dipping consommé unnecessary.
