Fruit, cake & whipped cream. How could it not be delicious!

Not at all traditional in any way, but I always enjoy the mix of whipped cream, fruit and yellow cake bits.

I love to end the Tam meal with this dessert.

Not a traditional version, but it’s sweet and light and a great ending to our meal.

I can’t leave the Tam without trifle.

Although it’s not traditional, the whipped cream, strawberries and light cake hit the right notes.
