Kangwondo is known for its potatoes but the potato pancakes exceeded all expectations. It is cooked in a restaurant that you would drive past not recognizing the place. A hidden gem with food that was unforgettable.

You know when something is factory processed but they handpick the buckwheat and cook it like a crepe. Feels so healthy and goes amazingly well with white kimchi. It would have been healthier if I didn’t drink rice wine with it ;-). It was a treat
