So Coronaburg told me he wanted hot fresh doughnuts while he was in NYC but he hadn't had the chance. Since this was our last meal of their trip, we had to get these and in so glad we did. They sat on a little dollop of vanilla pudding and apple butter and served with a scoop of burnt cinnamon ice cream. Wow.

This was as delicious as it looks...nice soft yet crisp donut, filled with a custard-like vanilla cream. You can really taste the vanilla (and you can SEE the vanilla). Not too sweet either. I can't believe I only ate half of this!!!
