Two people ordered this, and it's my usual go-to, just not this time. Great umami flavor from the miso paste and the garlic oil.

These noodles really hit the spot yesterday. And I think it's the only time I've ever been able to finish the bowl!!!

Tonkotsu pork soup, ramen noodles, Ippudo's blend of hot spices, topped with pork chashu, sesame kikurage, mushrooms, onion, minced pork and scallions. Two of us ordered this...great flavor and I'd rank it a 5 out of 10 on the spicy scale. So rich!

Mame miso is a dark miso with a rich flavor and a slightly bitter endnote. I didn't realize this bowl of ramen came with a shrimp tempura so I ordered an extra plus a piece of cha-shu (pork). Delicious but I could only eat half of it.
