I'm so in love with this plate, I asked it to marry me. Shemogue oysters are from New Brunswick. Small and briny. Delicious!

We wanted raw bar for lunch last weekend so four of us shared this tower. 16 oysters, 8 clams, 8 shrimp, 2 King Crab legs, 4 Jonah crab claws, marinated mussels, sea urchin and half a lobster! Very fresh and good!
