Not the best picture but this is the most famous banh mi in Hoi An (the late Anthony Bourdain’s favourite banh mi), it wasn’t the most vegetarian place but they did us an egg version which was super tasty but I would have definitely preferred it with tofu 🍳

Vegan jackfruit banh mi I had the other day at Boston Tea Party, not the same as in Vietnam but still very good 👌🏻
