Went to Casa de Frida for the special of chile nogada a traditional chilli stuffed with meat dish served at room temperature in a cold walnut cream sauce with pomegranate and parsley. I was super happy to discover that they did a vegetarian version with soy, but when the dishes arrived none of us were a fan.
