Can’t believe I haven’t been to @suncraftbristol yet before! It’s honestly like I designed this restaurant and it’s menu myself it’s so up my street! I had the Szechuan black bean tofu and mushroom with greens and brown rice, my Grampy had cashew and quinoa koftas in tomato sauce with Arabic salad and mint and sumac dressing and nan had Vietnamese tofu in tomato sauce and spiced potato and cauliflower cakes. Not a great pic but the food was delicious, turns out that Vietnamese dining is actually kind of similar to tapas or mezze and families sit around a table with lots of sharing dishes. Here we had banana flower salad, tofu and spring onion, aubergine and garlic and mountainous sticky rice.

Today I was so annoyed at myself but I was disgustingly hungover and couldn't leave the hotel all day.
