After a 17 hour train we’re in Hanoi and our first stop was these delicious tofu bun rieu noodles 🍜 they give you a massive bowl of herbs to add as many as you want and ofc I added all of them 🌿

So the bun cha on the street food tour was so good that we went back (to Bun Cha Ta) and got the tofu version it’s soooo good, every meal should be served with a massive bowl of add your own herbs 🌿

So we tried to go to a veggie place for lunch and walked 20 mins to find it closed down, and with no WiFi walked back to the only place we knew. No regrets. This time I got the pho tron (pho noodle salad with carrot, mushrooms, mint, peanuts and crispy onions) with more fried spring rolls and it was just as good this time around.
