REALLY GOOD
1st GIROLLE MUSHROOM TAGLIATELLE

The creaminess, the rich garlic flavour and the al dente texture of the tagliatelle, it was all great. Only negative is it tasted quite salty towards the end.

The silk handkerchiefs were nice and had a silky smooth texture. I like the rich nutty butter coating but it didn't cover the pasta evenly so some parts lacked flavour.

Still have the taste of Rome lingering so this wasn't as good as I hoped. The sauce had a strong tomato taste, no other flavour really shined through and there wasn't much ox-tail. πŸ™

The owner mentioned this was going to be salty but truly it was too salty for me though and a bit too hard.
22nd LOBSTER LINGUINE

Good juicy lobster meat with the linguine. The linguine was cooked with pomodor,sundried tomatoes and mascarpone. The tomato flavour was too strong for my liking.
