I got very excited when this roast beef came out and it was cooked pink...however it was short lived as it was extremely chewy 😭. The veg dish of broccoli, cabbage, roast carrot and beetroot was nice but not much more. Cauliflower cheese, squash mash, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy were delicious. The parsnip was absolutely incredible, crunchy coating- unfortunately there was only one of them!! 🙄
