Beautiful cooked beef heart skewers in a teriyaki sauce. Lightly fried pork gyozas on the side with a spicy dipping sauce to go with It. #Japanesefood #foodreview

All in all a good experience, this skewer was from a little stall that sold all sorts of grilled skewers, from squid to pork. The skewer I ordered was a beef short rib that had plenty of smoke and juicy flavour. To go with the meaty snack i got a fresh lemonade with lemon peel in which was sweet, sour and refreshing. Overall a good time with a quick and good tasting snack.
