Rich, decadent and Intense would be the best words for this dessert. Have had many Choux pastries before but none with as much chocolate flavour as this. Besides the extremely rich yet tasty chocolate, honey come was sprinkled on top to add a new level of texture other than soft and pillowy. The pastry itself was a little lack lustre having somewhat of a burnt/bitter taste however a good ending to a meal. #Foodreview #Dessert
