Absolutely delicious. Smokey and grilled with plenty of charred. The pork was perfectly tender with so much juiciness along with it and as mentioned it retained all that fire flavour from the grill. Had high expectations since Spain is very well known for pork in general and it didn’t disappoint. It also came with its own chimichurri and salsa. #FoodReview #Pork
