First time having a Portuguese tart and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pastry was flakey and crunchy which was a great texture to pair with the fluffy, sweet inside of the tart. Charred bits on top of the pastry added a whole new depth which highlighted other flavours of the tart. #Foodreview #Portuguesetart
